Meet the Gorilla Rig — The Big One! 🦍💪

Standing tall with an impressive 6m hang height, the Gorilla Rig is built for serious height, serious strength, and serious fun. Perfect for advanced aerialists, performances, or anyone who loves maximum space to play, this beast of a rig gives you the freedom to soar.

Take your pick between a 1m wide head for compact power or a 1.4m wide head for extra room to swing, spin, and stretch out your creativity. With 5 head cleats, setting up pulleys and changing apparatus is effortless — ideal for studios, shows, and multi-apparatus setups.

Crafted from raw Duragal steel with a painted head, the Gorilla Rig combines industrial toughness with a polished finish.

Want to go bold? Add a powder coat for that eye-catching pop of colour and backyard sparkle! 🌈 Powder coating adds approximately 2 weeks to production and $1100 to your order — contact us for custom colour options.

Gorilla Rig — tall, tough, and ready to take your aerial game to new heights.

Rig Care & Maintenance
Our powder-coated coloured rigs are ideal for those wanting long-term outdoor protection — they’re extra tough against rust. However, if you’re planning to pack down and set up regularly, handle with care to avoid scratching that beautiful finish.

Our galvanised rigs are designed to live outdoors. Just note that painted areas like welds or rigging plates may need the occasional touch-up with a zinc-based spray (you’ll find it easily at most hardware stores).

Safety First, Always
Using any Aerial Nonsense equipment is entirely at your own risk — your safety is your responsibility. We always recommend training with a crash mat and ensuring your setup is solid before every session. Aerial work is beautiful but demanding; incorrect use or poor maintenance can lead to injury, so take the time to check your gear each and every time you fly.
