Refund Policy

Every order placed with Aerial Nonsense is thoroughly checked before shipping to ensure highest quality standards. Please make sure you select your product carefully, as we do not accept refunds if you simply change your mind.

We accept refunds or exchanges only if your product is defective on arrival, or if you have received the wrong item by accident. We are not liable if Australia Post or another courier service has damaged or lost your parcel, we provide tracking with all orders, this will help you follow up with the appropriate postage company.

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if any of the above is applicable and you wish to return your product. Returns after this time are not accepted, please ensure you check your equipment on its arrival and let us know as soon as possible.

You will need to provide the following information before we can offer a refund or replacement:

(most of this can be found on your invoice)

  • Invoice number
  • Customer name
  • Date of receiving the product
  • Reason for return

Please ensure we have approved your return and given you our return address via email before returning.

All returns will be thoroughly assessed for reason of return. If we find the product is in full working condition or any damage was caused in transit or after you received the product, it will be returned to you at your own cost and no refund will be offered. In this case you will be invoiced a processing fee plus shipping costs, this invoice is to be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

Please be honest as we can see if equipment has been used and no refunds will be offered on used equipment.

If a product is genuinely defective or you have received the wrong product, we will offer you a replacement product, store credit to the purchase value or process a refund on arrival of the returned product.

Postage costs are non refundable.
